This page lists the cookies and similar local storage that Spendimi uses, what each one is for, and how you can control them.
1. What we use
Spendimi is deliberately light on tracking. We do not use advertising cookies, profiling cookies, or third-party analytics on the public website.
2. Strictly necessary
| Session token (Supabase) | Keeps you signed in. Stored in your browser's local storage. Expires when the session ends or you sign out. |
| Consent choice (Consenti) | Stores your cookie preferences in the consenti_data browser cookie so the banner can remember your choice. |
| Theme preference | Remembers light or dark appearance. Persistent until cleared. |
| Last sign-in marker | Prevents repeated writes when recording your daily sign-in. Expires after one day. |
These are required for the service to work and cannot be switched off from within the application.
3. Support chat
| Crisp | Runs the support chat inside the signed-in area only, and is configured in total privacy mode: it does not set tracking cookies, does not store conversation history in your browser, and does not profile visitors. It receives only the name, email and company identifier needed to answer your request, for the duration of the conversation. It is not loaded on the public website. |
Because the chat operates in this mode, no prior cookie consent banner is required for it.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary items will sign you out and prevent the application from working. Blocking the support chat only removes access to live chat; you can still reach us at info@spendimi.com.
5. Changes
If we introduce new cookies, in particular any analytics or marketing tools, we will update this page, raise the version number above, and where required ask for your consent before they are set.
